UK orders

Being a small company, we need to charge for packaging and posting but we to keep our delivery costs to a minimum. We have 4 levels of postage cost depending on the value of your order – see below.

We are currently a small two woman business so, in order to keep things manageable, we have two despatch days - Monday and Thursday. However, if your order is urgent, send me a note and we will see what we can do.

Overseas orders

Cost of packaging & postage is calculated at the checkout based on the value of your order. All goods are sent via Royal Mail and, depending on where you are and which service you choose, will be sent via  International Standard or International Tracked.

Royal Mail aim to deliver Internationally within 3 to 5 business days to Europe and 5-7 to the rest of the world, although some can take longer.

(Please remember, however, that your goods may be subject to local customs charges and fees which are generally payable by the recipient prior to delivery. You local customs office determines whether charges are applicable. You may be able to find details online.)
